From another state
to your next front door.
You do not have to solve everything before the first conversation. Here is how the pieces fit together.
Define the move
Discuss your timing, price range, financing plans and daily priorities. Agree the scope of representation and compensation before proceeding.
Build a focused shortlist
Compare homes and areas that fit your criteria. Coordinate in-person visits or ask about live video tours when you cannot be here.
Evaluate before you offer
Review comparable sales and offer terms. Plan the inspections, disclosures and other property-specific checks you need.
Coordinate the purchase
Work through contract deadlines with your agent, lender and escrow team. Confirm signing arrangements and key handover before planning the move.

A few questions
before you make the move.
Can I start my San Diego home search before I move?
Yes. Start by discussing your plans by email. You can compare areas and listings from your current location, then agree how to handle tours, property checks and a visit to San Diego. A remote search does not replace inspections or your own evaluation of the home.
Can I see homes by video?
Ask Reza about a live video tour of the homes on your shortlist. Timing and access depend on the property and the seller. A tour is only confirmed after arrangements have been agreed; submitting this form does not book one.
What if I do not know which neighborhood to choose?
You can start without a shortlist. Tell Reza where you will commute, what kind of home you want and the budget you are considering. Compare the options against those priorities, then decide which places you want to see for yourself.
Should I get financing lined up before touring?
Discuss your financing and total purchase budget early with a lender. Your agent can then help you focus your search. Loan approval, terms and timing are determined by the lender; a home-search conversation is not a mortgage approval.
How are buyer-agent fees handled?
Real estate compensation is negotiable, not a fixed or legally required percentage. Discuss the services, terms and compensation in your written buyer representation agreement. Do not assume the seller will pay your agent. Sending an inquiry does not sign a representation agreement.

What happens after I send my inquiry?
Reza will review the information you share and reply by email. Start by discussing the areas worth exploring, how to handle tours and what to prepare next. If a call would help, agree a time together. Your phone number is optional.
Can I start if I am still deciding when to move?
Yes. You can ask about areas, the buying process and what to prepare while you work out your timing. Share the details you know now and leave the rest open for the conversation.
