When you allow measurement, we retain advertising click identifiers (GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID), campaign tags, the first landing-page address without query text, and attribution timestamps in your browser for up to 90 days after an advertising visit. If you send an enquiry, these details accompany the enquiry to our team. With that consent, we may report later outcomes, such as a personally qualified enquiry or a completed consultation, to Google Ads using the click identifier; we do not include your name, email, phone number or enquiry text in that upload. Choosing “Necessary only” clears the browser attribution record. You can contact us to withdraw permission for a subsequent outcome upload. Reading our purchase checklists does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

With your measurement consent, we record recognised AI-service referral sources (such as ChatGPT or Perplexity) and the names of browser-agent tools used on public pages. Only a source label or tool name is sent for these events, not the tool inputs, form answers or full referring URL. We can associate a recognised AI referral with a confirmed enquiry in the same browser session; missing referrers and Google AI Overview visits cannot be reliably distinguished. With your measurement consent, we also use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling, navigation and time spent using our public pages. Clarity creates heatmaps and reconstructions of visits (session replay) so we can identify confusing layouts and improve enquiry forms. Website usage information is processed by Microsoft using cookies and similar technologies. Clarity advertising storage is disabled. We mask page text, form answers and chat content, do not send customer identifiers to Clarity, and exclude account and administration pages from replay. Declining measurement prevents the Clarity script from loading. Withdrawing consent stops replay by reloading the page.
